From graphic designer to translator with years of experience, Carlos Pardo connects cultures with expertise and passion.

A graduate of the prestigious Andes University in Colombia (ranked among the top 5 in Latin America), Carlos found his true calling in translation after trying his hand at graphic design. Since 2012 he has worked as a freelance translator, successfully completing more than 300 projects for clients around the world on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

Carlos is currently honing his skills in a postgraduate Master’s degree in Translation and New Technologies (English-Spanish) at ISTRAD, renowned for its innovative pedagogy and practical approach. He specializes in flawless translations in technical, marketing and legal areas. Outside of work, he loves to immerse himself in video games, movie marathons and reading graphic novels, making sure his feline companions – and his wife – receive their royal treatment.

A proud member of the American Translators Association, Carlos is continually dedicated to improving his skills and staying current in the industry.
